黑料网 Combined Operator Committee鈥檚 role is to share knowledge among operators across the rental living sector, develop best practice and identify areas of focus for the 黑料网.
Initial areas of focus falling within the committee鈥檚 remit include salary benchmarking, security and bike theft, Building Safety Act issues, the practical implications of the Renters鈥� Rights Bill and minimum professional qualification requirements.
黑料网 will establish subcommittees as required to focus on specific issues in greater depth.
