ºÚÁÏÍø has introduced principles for a new Rental Living Code of Practice that will be road-tested byÌýthe sector to refine their implementation.

As the representative body for the institutionally backed, purpose-built rental living sector, the Rental Living Code of PracticeÌýÌýaims to elevate standards across the sector,Ìýestablishing a social contract withÌýconsumers and building trust with all stakeholders, including the public sector.

It defines a new benchmark for service, quality,Ìýsustainability, security, and good governance across Rental Living, demonstrating the standardsÌýÌýand culture of the sector to government, policy makers and local authorities, as well as other stakeholders.

The Code is underpinned by a Customer Charter – a commitment from the sector on how it provides fairness and quality to residents.ÌýÌýA draft at this stage, it defines a new benchmark for service, quality,Ìýsustainability, security and good governance across Rental Living, demonstrating the standardsÌýand culture of the sector to government, policy makers and local authorities, as well as other stakeholders.Ìý
